Welcome to Zeeluxe Touch Studio. By booking an appointment, using our website, or communicating with us via SMS (text message), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
01 — APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be booked through our website, text messaging, phone, or other approved booking methods. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointment availability is subject to change.
02 — CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may require a new deposit before rescheduling. No-call/no-show appointments may result in refusal of future bookings. Late arrivals may be subject to salon policies.
03 — PRICING
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional services or add-ons requested during your appointment may result in additional charges.
04 — SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
Text START to (267) 214-0764 to begin SMS opt-in for salon inquiries, appointment assistance, booking, rescheduling, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After texting START, you will be asked to confirm your consent. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
05 — AI ASSISTANT
Some customer conversations may be handled by an AI-powered virtual receptionist to assist with answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing booking information. If additional assistance is needed, a member of our team will assist you.
06 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including name, phone number, appointment selections, and hair preferences when applicable. Incorrect information may delay or affect your appointment.
07 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zeeluxe Touch Studio is not responsible for delays, missed communications caused by mobile carriers, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
08 — CHANGES
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
